Payments & Dental Insurance
Our office accepts the following methods of payment: cash, check, Care Credit, Visa and Master Card.
Care Credit is a health care credit card designed for your health and wellness needs for you and your entire family. It helps you pay out-of-pocket expenses not covered by dental insurance by extending special financing options that you may not always be able to get when using your Visa or Master Card. Please call our office for further details.
We also accept most major dental insurance plans (indemnity, PPO, fee for service) that allow you to go to any Dentist of your choice. As a courtesy to our patients, we will check your insurance eligibility benefits before your initial visit to our office. In addition, we will file your insurance claims and accept assignment of benefits. However, we are not in control of how your insurance company handles claims and what benefits it covers. We will provide you with an estimate of how much your insurance company will pay, and you will be responsible for your estimated portion at the time of service. Once your insurance company processes and pays the claim to our office, we will inform you when there is a balance or a credit on your account. You will be responsible for any remaining balance on your account and on the other hand, we will send you a refund check if there is a credit on your account.
Please do not hesitate to call our office with any concerns or questions regarding your insurance company. We are here to always help and assist you.
